Liana
Liana is an Advanced Aesthetic Practitioner, Educator, and Co-Founder of thinkSKIN, recognised for pioneering a new way of thinking about skin.
With over two decades of experience across aesthetics, skin, and body-focused practice, her work has always been rooted in hands-on clinical care and a deep commitment to understanding how skin truly behaves - not just how it is traditionally treated.
Alongside her clinical work, Liana pursued further training in areas such as osteopathy, developing a broader understanding of how the body and skin function together. This perspective became a defining part of her approach, shaping how she assesses, treats, and supports long-term skin health.
In 2012, she opened her own medical aesthetics clinic, where she has spent years working closely with clients while continuing to invest in advanced education and clinical development.
Throughout her career, one thing became increasingly clear:
The issue in aesthetics isn’t a lack of treatments—it’s the overwhelming amount of conflicting information, combined with inconsistent training and regulation.
Clients are often left confused, trusting the wrong advice or trends, leading to poor decisions and compromised skin. At the same time, gaps in practitioner education mean treatments are not always delivered with the level of understanding required, increasing the risk of long-term damage.
While completing her Level 7 qualification in Clinical Aesthetics, this became even more evident. She saw practitioners qualifying without the depth of knowledge needed to treat safely, while in clinic she was seeing the real-life consequences:
• Poor treatment choices
• Compromised skin barriers
• Long-term skin damage caused by misinformation
This combination exposed a much bigger issue - a lack of structure, education, and accountability within the industry, for both practitioners and clients.
From this, one clear purpose emerged:
To create a better way forward.
thinkSKIN was born from that mission - a platform designed to bridge the gap between skin science, practitioner knowledge, and client understanding.
Her approach is centred around delivering the right treatment, at the right time, for the right skin -
guided by logic, safety, and precision at every stage of the decision-making process.
• Logic before treatment
• Barrier-first thinking
• Long-term skin health over trends
Because when you truly understand the skin, the right decisions become obvious.

Suzi
Suzi is a clinic director, skin specialist, and co-founder of thinkSKIN, with over 20 years of experience delivering consistent, long-term skin health outcomes in a clinical setting.
She is the founder of an award-winning skin clinic, where she continues to work closely with clients, developing treatment plans and guiding skin journeys with a strong focus on safety, consistency, and results. Her experience is grounded in daily clinical practice, giving her a clear view of what truly works for the skin over time, and what doesn’t.
She has built her clinic around a model of consistency, clinical integrity, and long-term client outcomes, setting clear standards for how treatments should be delivered and experienced.
Working closely with clients over many years, a consistent pattern emerges:
Many of the skin concerns seen in clinic are not unavoidable, they are the result of poor decisions made earlier, often driven by misinformation, trends, or a lack of clear guidance.
From inappropriate product use to unnecessary or poorly timed treatments, these decisions frequently lead to compromised skin, disrupted barriers, and inconsistent results.
She is known for maintaining exceptionally high clinical standards, ensuring treatments are delivered safely, appropriately, and with long-term skin health at the core.
This has shaped her approach to skin health:
• Evidence-led decision making
• Clarity over confusion
• Barrier integrity as a priority
• Long-term outcomes over short-term fixes
She is particularly focused on translating complex skin science into clear, practical understanding, helping both clients and practitioners make informed decisions before treatment begins.
With a strong interest in overall wellbeing, her approach considers the wider factors that influence skin health, recognising the role of lifestyle, internal health, and consistency in achieving sustainable results.
thinkSKIN was created to address the gap she sees every day in clinic, giving people the knowledge and structure they need to understand their skin properly, make better decisions, and achieve safer, more effective outcomes.
